I'm unable to sleep at night. What can I do?
It is normal to not sleep for long hours during the fast. When the body is cleaning itself, sleep may get disturbed. We do not require 9 hours of sleep. Instead of thinking about how many hours we sleep, we should focus more on the quality of sleep. Our sleep should be uninterrupted and restful. Additionally, please ensure that you are sleeping on a hard bed. Soft beds cause back problems and reduce the oxygen in our bodies as well. Also, make sure that your posture is correct while sitting, walking, and especially during workouts. If you’re performing exercises with a bent back, it will lead to pain. We would also recommend practicing yoga in order to realign the back.
You can practice Yogasanas and yognidra before going to bed.

You can also take a hot foot bath for 15 minutes before bed. This will further help relax the body.
