Who should do a smoothie level fast?
If you're afraid of fasting, you should start with a smoothie level fast. Also, if you feel extremely weakness, tiredness or you feel like you're about to faint, switch to a smoothie level fast. Everybody on medication for chronic diseases should also do a smoothie fast. Please remember, if you have a hectic schedule or are travelling, it would be best to avoid the juice fast and undertake the smoothie fast instead.
