I live in a cold environment. How do I do juice fasting?

From a health point of view, it is safe to do juice fasting in a cold environment. We recommend you follow the same juices suggested in the webinar. Make sure to have all your juices at room temperature.

If you desire, you may drink warm water sip by sip, in small amounts between the juices. 

Also, if you crave something warm, you can have a warm drink of any of the following ingredients -

Cardamom, cinnamon, clove, cumin, mint or coriander. You can add 1 teaspoon of jaggery to this.
