What can I do to reduce my detox symptoms? It is too severe and unbearable
Please remember it is a temporary experience and it will soon go away. Please stay with the feeling and do the following two steps.
The 3 most important things to do at this time:
a) REST - Please do not watch tv, or read a book, or engage in work. You should lie down and close your eyes and relax. This will allow the praanshakti to do its work faster, and the detox symptom will go away soon.
b) Have sips of water - Water will help hydrate the body and assist the praanshakti in removing the toxins through sweat and urine.
c) Listen to your body. Don't force your body into doing anything. If you're doing an advanced level fast, switch to a beginners level fast.
Please do not take medication, as it will further increase the problem and the symptom itself.
Please note: Detox symptoms will vary based on the level of toxicity inside the body and the intensity of the fast. Higher the toxins and the more intense the fast, the more the detox symptoms you are likely to experience.
