Can I do 3-day water fast instead of juice fast?
Water fasting is much more advanced than juice fasting.
If you have never fasted before, we suggest that you start with a juice fast, as it is a more gradual approach.
If you are used to fasting and have completed several fasts before, you may do a 3-day water fast. Please ensure you take sufficient rest throughout the day if you are water fasting. Do not do any strenuous mental or physical work.
We advise that you do not extend a water fast for more than 3 days without the physical supervision of a fasting expert.
