What if I feel extremely hungry between the fast?

It's important to know that this hunger is temporary, of a brief duration and rarely severe. At that time, we have to learn to tolerate hunger & remember that this is all just the toxic filth making it’s way out of the body. After a few minutes, hours or days, hunger will disappear.
